The GG2020 Funders

The Global Governance 2020 series is generously supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung and Transatlantic Program of the German Government (ERP Grant administered by the German Ministry for Economics and Technology).

The Robert Bosch Stiftung is one of the major German foundations associated with a private company and has managed the philanthropic bequest of company founder Robert Bosch for more than 40 years. Indeed it was his entrepreneurial vision, political farsightedness, moral fortitude and charitable initiatives that set the standards for the work of the Robert Bosch Stiftung

The Transatlantic Program provides start-up aid for new innovative ideas and longer-term programs which have a clear transatlantic connection. It focuses on people-to-people contacts across the Atlantic and beyond. The funding decisions are made by an interministerial committee consisting of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, the Federal Foreign Office, the Federal Chancellery, and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
