Tobias Leipprand

Tobias Leipprand is member of the executive board of the Berlin-based think tank stiftung neue verantwortung. His responsibilities include managing the foundation's leadership curriculum for its 90 fellows and associates as well as heading an interdisciplinary research team on sustainable cities. Earlier, Tobias worked as a business consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he focused on leadership development, large-scale transformations and management coaching. Tobias holds a master's degree in theoretical physics from Cambridge University and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a McCloy Scholar.
