Tobias Leipprand is a Fellow with the Berlin-based new leadership foundation (stiftung neue verantwortung), where he heads an interdisciplinary research team on sustainability leadership. He is also responsible for the foundation's leadership curriculum for its 90 fellows and associates. Earlier, Tobias worked as a business consultant for McKinsey&Co. focusing on leadership development, large-scale transformations, and management coaching. Tobias holds a masters degree in theoretical physics from Cambridge University and a Master in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University where he was a McCloy Scholar. During his undergraduate studies, he was a fellow of the Stiftung Maximilianeum. He interned with the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) and worked for one year as a volunteer in an orphanage in Guatemala.
