Scott Moore

Scott Moore is currently pursuing graduate study in Geography and Environment at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. He received his undergraduate degree with Highest Honors from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Concentrating in public policy and international relations, Scott also received certificates in Environmental Studies and Chinese Language and Culture. Scott credits his time at the United World College of Hong Kong with stoking a passion for learning about the wider world, and the influence of his soccer coach, also an environmental lawyer, with instilling a deep concern for the environment. At university, Scott was involved in environmental and international affairs work, and served as Co-Chair of the campus newspaper Editorial Board. He has published work on a variety of topics, including geopolitics and energy efficiency, and wrote his senior thesis on national service. A 2007 Truman Scholar and 2008 Fulbright Fellow, Scott spent the previous year researching China’s environmental policy at Peking University.
