Jeff Colgan

Jeff Colgan is a PhD candidate at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. His research interests focus on global energy governance. His dissertation is entitled Oil, Revolution, and International Conflict: Explaining Aggressive Foreign Policy Among Petrostates. Jeff is the author of The Promise and Peril of International Trade (2005). The book focuses on how trade affects Canada's political sovereignty and impacts the environment, national culture and economy. Previously, he was a Canada-US Fulbright Scholar at UC Berkeley, where he earned a Master's in Public Policy. Jeff has
worked with the World Bank, McKinsey & Company,
and The Brattle Group. He lives in Washington D.C.
