André Lieber

André Lieber is a Research Fellow in the parliamentary office of Norbert Röttgen, German Federal Minister for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. His responsibilities include researching and drafting briefings on sustainability, economic policy, and a political globalization strategy for Germany. André previously worked as a Technical Advisor in the Sino-German Economic and Structural Reform Program in Beijing (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit, GTZ) and as a Consultant in the Office of Strategic Planning
at UNESCO in Paris. He holds a Diploma in Economics
from the University Witten/Herdecke where he is also
a PhD candidate.
